Tailored for a more experienced lifter looking to jump-start their return to the gym. This program is an excellent way to reignite your passion for fitness and prepare you for the next phase of your fitness journey.
Over the course of 8 weeks, you'll engage in:
2 in-person sessions/week targeting structured training and proper form.
1+ self-directed session/week to encourage independent lifting.
Upon completion, you will have reestablished a solid foundation, be back on track towards your long term goals, and well-positioned to transition into online coaching, where we can chase your long-term fitness goals together.

Our 6-Month Roadmap Program is designed to transform you from a novice to a confident gym-goer. Utilizing our structured "3-2-1 model," the program guides you through a gradual progression:

By now, you already know we have a home-based gym and offer in-person coaching services. Together, we have 30+ years combined coaching experience helping a diverse range of clientele. We work with high-achieving professionals and entrepreneurs — people who have built successful careers, lead teams, run businesses, or excel in demanding roles. You’ve achieved at work, but your health and fitness haven’t kept pace. You’re busy, pulled in a dozen directions, and the energy, strength, and resilience you have at work aren’t translating to your fitness and daily life.

we will adjust your nutrition and lifestyle to maximize your performance and goals.
If you've decided that in-person coaching is the best route for you, then the next step is deciding to go with either the 6-month Roadmap or 2-month Accelerator program. That starts you off with either 3 or 2 days a week. We emphasize 2-3 strength sessions per week in combination with daily activity. There will be a strong focus on lifting weights, getting stronger, and challenging yourself. We make sure to meet you at your level and build from there.
Making sure you’re eating enough to fuel your body is essential for energy, strength, and recovery. The lack of consistency and routine—irregular meals, training, and habits often create frustration and fatigue. We help you establish steady eating patterns and reliable routines so your body can perform at its best and prepare for fat loss, strength, and overall health.
Eating the right food so that you help support your body in building muscle so that you can sculpt the lean, toned look many are looking for. We want you to get more lean while building or maintaining muscle at the same time.
Getting a good amount of micronutrients in so that you are supporting your body's hormones is crucial. We want to make sure that not only are you looking great, but that you FEEL great as well. Micronutrients play a crucial role here while contributing to gut health.
We highly encourage tracking food habits, at least some of the time. However, if that isn't working or you prefer or more exacting approach, we will have you weigh and track calories and macros.
Prioritize 8+ hours of sleep: If needed, we help you establish a solid sleep routine that works for you. If you have poor sleep habits, this is the number 1 priority, as it drastically impacts everything you do.
Monitoring the stressors in your life, making sure to adjust exercise, nutrition, and sleep in order to account for changing stress levels. We make specific recommendations throughout the program in order to tweak or install better habits in these areas to shifting life circumstances. All these things play a role in fat loss and overall health
Integrating the things you enjoy into the process like alcohol, eating out, and social events. We monitor your progress weekly and can give you a pretty good idea of when you can indulge without it affecting your overall results. This helps take away some of the obsession and confusion around nutrition.
You get weekly 1-on-1 coaching video calls and 24/7 texting support to help guide you on this process and keep you on track and accountable. Each week, we sit down and discuss how the week went and give feedback on what to improve on over the following week.
