Meet our co-owner and personal trainer, Ethan Tripp! With a passion for fitness and a wealth of experience, Ethan is committed to guiding clients from all walks of life on their fitness journey. Ethan had a passionate amateur career playing rugby prior to pursing the challenge of becoming a firefighter. The demanding fitness requirements led him to fall in love with fitness and helping others do the same through personal training.
Not only is Isatu an accomplished athlete, but she also holds dual personal training certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and CanfitPro. Her training expertise doesn't stop there - she is also certified in exercise for children and adolescents through NASM and has completed Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification. This extensive knowledge and commitment to ongoing education ensure that Isatu can provide the most effective and personalized training experience for her clients.
From a young age, Isatu's passion for fitness and her determination to compete at the highest level drove her to excel in multiple sports. She holds a degree in Exercise Science and a currently pursuing a degree in Nutrition at the University of Alberta, further fueling her love for all things fitness and nutrition. With her wide range of experiences, from personal training and group training to sports-specific speed training, Isatu is a well-rounded trainer who knows how to bring out the best in her clients.
In addition to her expertise, Isatu has an infectious personality that instantly puts clients at ease. Whether she's cracking a joke or motivating you through a tough workout, her upbeat demeanor makes training sessions enjoyable and empowering. She genuinely cares about her client's success and will go above and beyond to ensure they achieve their goals.
Outside of the gym, Isatu enjoys spending time with her two adorable cats, Kion and Zia. Despite facing his fair share of injuries, including a broken ankle, Ethan redirected his focus toward offering a safe and comprehensive training program. He wants to help athletes and the general population alike get back to their sport, feel better, and progress on their fitness journey.
What sets Ethan apart is his extensive background working in a physical therapy clinic. This experience has allowed him to maximize his knowledge and skill, enabling him to create effective rehab and program designs for individuals of all fitness levels. Whether you're a high-level athlete, someone recovering from an injury, or simply looking to lose weight or gain muscle, Ethan has the expertise to guide you on your fitness journey.
Outside of the gym, Ethan enjoys spending time with his loved ones and pursuing his interests.
